Yes, it's redundant that you have Jayapura Jayapura FC, Jakarta Jakarta FC and so on. The clubs belong to local government, while some other clubs like Sriwijaya FC and Arema are privately or semi privately owned.<br /><br />Like the English pyramid, Indonesia now has Super League, Premier League, First Division, and Second Division.
